  1. No Refunds
    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products purchased from Aqua Ace Ha once they have been dispatched.

  2. Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Products
    We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • If you receive a defective product.

  • If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

In such cases, you will be eligible for a product exchange.

    To process an exchange, you must provide:

  • Clear photo and video evidence of the unboxing process, showing the defect or incorrect item received.

  • This proof must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  1. Exchange Process

  • Upon receiving your proof (photos and video), we will verify the issue.

  • After verification, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.

  • The replacement delivery may take 7-15 days.

  1. No Exchanges Without Proof
    Exchanges cannot be processed without valid photo and video proof of the unboxing. This ensures transparency and helps us address issues accurately.
