Shipping Policy for Aqua Ace Ha

At Aqua Ace Ha, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.

  1. Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    In case of a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
    Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard delivery: 7-12 business days

  • Expedited delivery: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or other logistical factors beyond our control.

  1. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. Aqua Ace Ha is not responsible for these additional charges, and they must be paid by the recipient.

  3. Shipping Delays
    While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond our control. In case of any significant delays, we will contact you with updates.

  4. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photo and video proof of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package or provide a solution.
